The service

Treasure Guide is a free directory and map of antique, vintage, resale, thrift and artisan shops, plus online editions of the printed Treasure Guides. It is run by Treasure Guide (Tim Borders).

Shop information

We work to keep listings accurate, but hours, addresses, phone numbers, inventory and other details are set by each shop and can change without notice. Please call ahead before making a special trip. We are not responsible for the products, services or conduct of any shop listed.

Listings and advertising

Treasure Guide is supported by advertising. Some listings, featured spots and placements in the app and the printed guides may be paid. Being listed or featured is not an endorsement or a recommendation.

Photos and content

Shop photos, logos and descriptions are used with the businesses’ permission and remain theirs. The printed Treasure Guides, their pages, and the app’s text, design and compilation are protected by copyright. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish, scrape or resell the guides, listings or photos without written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the app: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, to gain unauthorized access, to collect data in bulk by automated means, or to use it for anything unlawful.

Directions and outside links

Directions are handed to Google Maps or Apple Maps and routes are estimates. Always follow road signs and local laws. Links to shops’ websites and social media go to sites we do not control.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Treasure Guide is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state to be confirmed], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
